Job description
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Primarily focus on the project management for the ServiceNow tool
- Experience in more than one ServiceNow module will be preferred
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Ensure that project meets its deliverables in the agreed schedule, as per the scope, within the stipulated budget, and as per the quality standards
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Ensure project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed upon with all relevant parties
- Ensure all project commitments are met and monitor and report on progress to Senior Project Manager, sponsor, and customer, as well as the PMO, following the reporting standards, ensuring the project remains within scope
- Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Report regularly to the PMO and Senior Project Manager with regards to risks and execute appropriate plans to manage them
- Act as the point of contact for problems and complaints and manage compliance, contingency, and risk situations within the own area of control
Required Skills
- Experience in Project Management and strong knowledge of the Service Delivery model
- Understanding of ServiceNow Platform key concepts
- Good experience with the ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM modules
- Adept in problem-solving and resolving conflicts
- Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Experience engaging with senior-level audience
- Desirable: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or CSM or FSM or SPM or VRM or HRSD or ITOM
Minimum Certification
- System administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
- Certified Implementation Specialist- HR
- Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC (optional)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM (optional)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM (optional)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) (good to have)
