Job description

Requirements :

1. 12+ years of minimum IT experience

2. 5 + years into delivery/project management

3. 5+ years in development/management with who has grown from Software Engineer/Developer and grown up in the career.

4. worked on Technology Automation Projects.

5. Should have 3+ Years of experience with Project Management/Program Management/Delivery Management:

Project Management ensuring the projects are on track with timelines, budgets and scope

Leading teams Tasks delegation, daily performance monitoring and providing support and mentorship to team members. Providing direction and resolving conflicts.

Scheduling & Planning Creating detailed project plans, schedules, timelines and ensuring milestones are met. Tracking project progress and reporting performance metrics

Client Management Providing updates to clients, gathering requirements, and addressing issues. Proactively avoid client escalations and handle escalations

Risk Management Identifying potential risks for project success and developing mitigation plans

Any technology understanding and exposure. Handle Code reviews, if needed and metrics reviews

Responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to team members and working with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met

ensures that products and services are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations.

Preferred Technologies

Microsoft or Java technologies with Cloud experience.

Nice to have any knowledge in AI or Gen AI

PMP certification is desired not mandatory.
