Hiring for a Product-Led Tech Lead with strong engineering and product experience to bridge business and technology teams. The role involves owning product clarity, system architecture, sprint delivery, integrations, and vendor coordination.
This is a hybrid role combining technical leadership, product ownership, and execution management.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical product specifications
Own system design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs
Review backend code, APIs, and implementation quality
Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking
Coordinate with external vendors and engineering teams
Handle CRM workflows, integrations, and internal systems
Support hiring, mentoring, and team scaling initiatives
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
7+ years total experience with 5 years in backend/full-stack engineering
2 years in Product, Technical PM, or hybrid Tech/Product role
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, and BRDs
Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data flows
Experience with CRM systems, automation workflows, or integrations
Strong system thinking and problem-solving ability
Ownership mindset with strong delivery focus
Experience in Hospitality, Marketplace, or SaaS domain
Familiarity with MySQL, dashboards, and reporting systems
Experience working with offshore vendors or distributed teams
