Technical Project Manager - Product Development

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager specializing in Product Development, based in Giridih. The role involves managing product development projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, planning project milestones, managing timelines and resources, and addressing project risks. The incumbent will also oversee research and development activities, analyze project performance, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and facilitate collaboration among teams
• Experience in budgeting and financial management for projects
• Proven expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and a strong understanding of product development processes
• Skills in program management to oversee multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and solve problems effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
