About The Opportunity

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to own critical infrastructure programs, including trading systems, exchange connectivity, private data centre operations, and key third-party integrations.

This is not a sprint-tracking or feature-delivery role.

You will be responsible for ensuring our live trading systems operate smoothly in a 247 production environment, especially during market hours. The role requires strong technical understanding, vendor coordination, and the ability to manage high-pressure production scenarios.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Trading & Back Office Systems:

You Will Oversee The Delivery And Stability Of

  • Order Management System (OMS)
  • Risk Management System (RMS)
  • Market Data systems
  • Post-trade and reporting platforms

Your Responsibility Is To Ensure These Systems Are

  • Stable
  • Low-latency
  • Properly monitored
  • Released without disrupting live trading
  • Exchange Connectivity:

You Will Manage Our Connections To Stock Exchanges, Including

  • Primary and secondary network links
  • MPLS / leased lines / point-to-point connections
  • Disaster recovery (DR) connectivity
  • Exchange certification cycles and change windows

You Should Understand

  • Failover mechanisms
  • Latency monitoring
  • Network troubleshooting basics
  • Production coordination during exchange updates
  • Data Centre & Infrastructure Programs

You Will Oversee Our Private Data Centre Environment, Including

  • Server stability and uptime
  • Infrastructure upgrades
  • System migrations
  • Disaster recovery drills

All changes must be executed with minimal or zero impact to live systems.

  • Third-Party & SaaS Integrations

You Will Manage Critical Integrations Such As

  • Payment gateways
  • KYC / CKYC / AML providers
  • Regulatory and compliance systems

This Includes

  • Tracking SLAs
  • Coordinating issue resolution
  • Preventing repeat failures
  • Ensuring operational reliability
  • Production & Incident Management

You Will

  • Lead incident coordination during production issues
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
  • Maintain clear documentation (architecture, SOPs, runbooks)
  • Enforce structured release and change management

You should be comfortable operating in a live trading environment where response time matters.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • 812 years of experience in brokerage, trading platforms, or fintech infrastructure
  • Experience managing 247 production systems
  • Exposure to exchange connectivity
  • Understanding of TCP/UDP networking concepts
  • Experience with leased lines / MPLS / P2P connections
  • Strong incident management and vendor coordination skills

Preferred

  • Direct brokerage or exchange ecosystem experience
  • Experience running DR drills
  • Exposure to compliance audits
  • Experience with hybrid cloud + on-prem infrastructure
