Who are we looking for

We are looking for an experienced Technology PMO / Technical Program Manager to join our exclusive talent network for a live engagement in Bangladesh with a global consulting firm.

The consultant will support a government technology transformation program, overseeing the development of a large-scale, high-performance, web-based application. This is an exciting opportunity to drive architecture and implementation excellence in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technology workstream of a complex web-based application development program.
• Conduct detailed architecture and design reviews, ensuring scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Support the development team in resolving key technical bottlenecks and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with client and consulting teams to maintain alignment with program objectives and timelines.
• Monitor overall progress, report on risks, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–15 years of experience in technology program management, architecture review, or web application development.
• Strong understanding of microservices-based architectures, containerization, workflow management, business rule engines (BRE), and data security frameworks.
• Engineering graduate with a background in Computer Science or IT.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technology programs.
• Exposure to government or large-scale public sector digital initiatives is a plus.

• Engagement Type: Full-time (hybrid; limited travel to Bangladesh)
