Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET Core and SQL Server, who can drive end-to-end delivery with strong execution and delivery discipline, while actively contributing to technical design, code reviews, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery
- Plan sprints; track task-level progress and risks
- Challenge estimates; ensure realistic planning
- Break work into clear, executable tasks
- Convert requirements into implementable solutions
- Review code; ensure best practices
- Optimize SQL and system performance
- Track planned vs actual; enforce accountability
- Drive timely closure; resolve bottlenecks
- Run Agile with execution focus
- Provide clear delivery visibility
Must-Have
- Skills Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core (Web API / MVC)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (queries, indexing, performance tuning)
- Experience with REST APIs & Microservices
- Good understanding of system design & architecture
- Hands-on with Azure DevOps / JIRA (Agile)
- Ability to evaluate technical complexity vs effort and challenge incorrect estimations
Experience
- 6–10 years in software development with 3+ years as a TPM / Tech Lead role
- Experience in SaaS / Product-based environments preferred
- Prior experience in owning delivery outcomes
Good To Have
- Exposure to Procurement / Sourcing / P2P / S2P systems
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS)
- Certifications: PMP
