Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise integration projects for a B2B SaaS platform focused on data privacy, consent management, vendor management, privacy governance, and breach management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical integration knowledge, project/program management skills, and experience working with enterprise customers in the BFSI, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with customers, product teams, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration programs across platform modules, including Consent Management, Data Discovery, Vendor Management, Privacy Governance, and Breach Management.
• Develop and maintain integration plans, RACI matrices, milestone trackers, risk registers, and project status reports for enterprise customers.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and facilitate stakeholder discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer architecture, security, and data privacy requirements into actionable technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Coordinate the resolution of integration challenges related to REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, SSO, authentication, and deployment.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, escalations, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Create and maintain integration playbooks, implementation guides, operational runbooks, and project documentation.
• Monitor post-implementation performance, time-to-value, customer adoption, and other integration success metrics.
• Gather customer feedback and identify recurring integration challenges to support product improvements and roadmap planning.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities and customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Management, or Enterprise Integration Delivery.
• Experience delivering integrations for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven experience working with customers in BFSI, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries in India.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Knowledge of authentication and identity management protocols, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Understanding of SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployment models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, databases, networking, application logs, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project planning, RACI, risk management, dependency tracking, and milestone management.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, or Notion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and customer-facing presentation abilities.
• Ability to handle enterprise escalations, manage competing priorities, and drive issues through to closure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data privacy, information security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or compliance-related products.
• Familiarity with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, GDPR, or ISO 27701.
• Exposure to consent management platforms, data discovery solutions, privacy governance, or breach management tools.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, security, and customer IT teams on complex integrations.
