Managing end to end projects as a Technical Lead or Technical project manager
for the team size of 10-15 members.
- 4+ yrs Hands on exp. of creating/maintaining architectural documentation and
tech specs.
- 2+ years Exp. in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects
(RPA-UiPath), legacy modernization etc.
- 5+ yrs Exp. in handling direct customer &/ product owner &/ partner -
communication
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities/Kras/Kpis
- Manage the technical aspects of the end-to-end solution design, development
and support.
- Perform in technical assessments, provide technical point of view, drive POCs
and pilots. Work on cost-benefit analysis, RFPs responses and solutioning.
- Drive design and high level solutioning of the requirements.
- Weekly initiatives status reporting, Dashboards, maintaining initiatives costs &
profitability.
- Liaising with the vendor partners, understanding their capabilities and propose
suitable solutions for our problems.
- Manage all technical aspects of the deliverables.
- Manage technical proposals, estimation, analysis & req gathering etc.
- Monitor and guide design implementation
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on exp. of designing and implementing technical
solutions. Managing end to end projects as a Technical Lead or
