Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platform projects across Mumbai or Hyderabad, India. You will collaborate with global/regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project outcomes, while driving process optimization and compliance with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-regional technical projects (cloud migration, platform onboarding, infrastructure optimization) from initiation to closure, adapting Agile/Waterfall methodologies to project needs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams, resolve escalations, and present weekly/monthly project status reports to senior leadership.
- Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure project adherence to enterprise security standards and support post-implementation knowledge transfer for smooth operations.
- Contribute to platform improvement by defining onboarding procedures, conducting UAT, and gathering feedback for feature enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- 3-5 years of hands-on technical project management experience, with 3+ years leading cross-regional/global projects.
- 3-5 years of expertise in enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Azure, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence) or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Profile
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- FMCG industry experience
- APAC/NASAPMENA regional project management exposure
