Technical Project Manager (BPM / Low-Code Platform)
Location: Hyderabad
Working Hours: Approximately 2–3 PM IST to 11 PM–12 AM IST (flexible, with US timezone overlap)
Important Note (Must-Have Criteria)
We are specifically looking for:
- Candidates currently working in BPM / Low-code / No-code companies, OR
- Candidates with hands-on experience managing BPM / Low-code / No-code platform implementations in a Technical Project Manager capacity
Profiles outside of this experience scope will not be considered.
About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to join the Professional Services team, working closely with delivery leaders and cross-functional teams to implement a flexible, low-code BPM platform.
This is not a traditional project management role. The platform does not offer out-of-the-box solutions; instead, it enables teams to build customized workflows and systems across industries. The role requires strong problem-solving ability, technical understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Translate loosely defined business problems into structured and actionable requirements
- Align client expectations with technical feasibility and platform capabilities
- Drive project execution across scope, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with US-based clients and internal teams across time zones
- Support delivery teams in connecting workflows, systems, and desired business outcomes
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Technical Project Management or implementation roles
- Proven experience in BPM / Low-code / No-code platforms (Pega, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar)
- Hands-on involvement in designing, implementing, or managing low-code/BPM solutions
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within BFSI or enterprise implementations
- Ability to handle ambiguity and bring structure to undefined problems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with US stakeholders
- Background in open-source or custom software implementations is an added advantage
What Makes This Role Unique
- Not a coordination-heavy project management role; requires hands-on problem solving
- Clients often lack clearly defined requirements, requiring the TPM to drive clarity
- High ownership in aligning business intent with technical execution
- Opportunity to work closely with global teams and enterprise clients
