We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, driving alignment between business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own project lifecycle including planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and governance
- Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure smooth releases and production readiness
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical delivery
- Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and track dependencies
Stakeholder Management
- Drive executive communication through status reports, dashboards, and governance forums
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure cross-team alignment
Agile Delivery
- Lead Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ceremonies
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown) and drive continuous improvement
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate risks; manage escalations and issue resolution
- Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices and standards
