About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end software projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development, project delivery, client communication, and technical team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with developers, technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks in collaboration with development teams.
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Manage project resources and ensure effective allocation and utilization.
Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and technical dependencies.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and tracking.
Follow Agile/Scrum practices and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience managing software/IT projects from planning to delivery.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with development teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project dependencies.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
Experience working on Salesforce projects is an added advantage.
