This is a full-time, on-site Technical Project Manager - IT role based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will oversee technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project requirements, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires providing leadership and fostering collaboration within the project team to achieve organizational objectives.

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to successfully plan, execute, and deliver IT projects.
• Proven Team Leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams toward achieving milestones and objectives.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess risks, identify solutions, and drive resolutions effectively.
• Outstanding Communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure or software projects is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is desirable.
