Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery
- Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects — from initiation through deployment and support.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and project budgets.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release cycles (Agile/Scrum or hybrid).
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce partners.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs.
- Manage client expectations, communicate status reports, and lead governance meetings.

- Technical & Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Admins, and QA teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Managing Salesforce CRM projects(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce DevOps Center, or Copado.
