We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a critical automation migration initiative involving the transition of RPA bots from Citrix-hosted VDIs to AWS EC2 environments. This role will drive end-to-end project execution while ensuring seamless integration, security compliance, high availability, and optimal performance across enterprise infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise combined with hands-on understanding of cloud platforms, RPA technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the automation bot migration project, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Define project plans covering assessment, design, migration, validation, and optimization phases.
- Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Project Manager to align AWS EC2 provisioning and legacy system integration.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with RPA teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide clear communication on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
Technical Oversight
- Ensure reuse and optimization of existing automation platforms and licenses (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Oversee integration with enterprise systems including Active Directory, orchestrators, and monitoring tools such as SCOM, Dynatrace, and AWS CloudWatch.
Security, Compliance & Governance
- Enforce security best practices including encryption (at rest and in transit), RBAC, and compliance with applicable standards (GDPR, HIPAA where applicable).
- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
Risk, Performance & Quality Management
- Maintain and manage a project risk register and proactively mitigate potential risks.
- Validate performance requirements including latency thresholds (<200ms), high availability, and business continuity planning (BCP/DR).
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed project documentation, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, preferably in cloud migration or automation projects.
- Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Hands-on exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub integrations, and enterprise security best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing large-scale automation or infrastructure modernization programs.
