About The Position
The Technical Project Manager III is the senior leadership role on TEECOM's external client-facing PM path, reporting to the Team Lead. You are the executive-level trusted advisor to TEECOM's most important client accounts — responsible for portfolio execution, financial performance, sustained revenue, and long-term client continuity. Whether leading several accounts or one complex global portfolio, you ensure delivery stability, margin protection, and predictable outcomes so Team Leads can focus on firmwide strategy and team development.
You are expected to lead complex technology implementation programs spanning telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks across large real estate and IT environments. This includes coordinating multi-system integration efforts while maintaining delivery stability and financial discipline.
You partner with Team Leads to align staffing strategy, execution standards, and financial performance across the portfolio.
You serve as a bridge across Client, IT, Design, and Construction teams, guiding projects from scope development through implementation troubleshooting and final commissioning.
You serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a stabilizing leader for delivery teams, reinforcing disciplined execution and sustainable account growth through repeat engagements, Master Service Agreements, and multi-year client relationships.
You also identify opportunities to optimize client workflows and propose additional technical services that improve operational outcomes.
Your impact is measured by portfolio performance, financial predictability, sustained revenue streams, client confidence, account growth, and the elevation of execution standards across teams.

Responsibilities And Expectations
Annual and Quarterly
- Align portfolio strategy with Project Delivery priorities and firmwide OKRs.
- Participate in performance assessments and apply feedback to strengthen strategic leadership, portfolio coordination, and execution discipline.
- Lead quarterly Business Reviews, reinforcing profit margin performance, forecasting accuracy, scope control, and revenue continuity.
- Strengthen long-term client continuity through repeat engagements, Master Service Agreements, and multi-phase program planning.
- Identify recurring portfolio risks and implement scalable operational improvements.
- Partner with Marketing and Client Relations Account Executives to support account planning, case studies, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead or actively participate in Client Experience Events that strengthen executive relationships, reinforce TEECOM's value, and support long-term account continuity.
Monthly and Biweekly
- Oversee scope, schedule, fee, profit margin, staffing alignment, and contract clarity across assigned engagements.
- Ensure Professional Services Agreement (PSA) alignment across the portfolio and secure Additional Services Agreement (ASA) documentation when scope shifts occur.
- Oversee rollout planning, including critical delivery dependencies and implementation readiness.
- Lead design coordination reviews to validate implementation requirements and delivery constraints.
- Lead scope and proposal development for complex integration projects, including structured scopes of work and vendor RFP support.
- Monitor margin trends and forecasting accuracy; implement corrective action when required.
- Reinforce billing discipline, financial visibility, and revenue predictability across projects.
- Lead cross-team coordination to maintain portfolio stability and execution consistency.
- Oversee Bill of Materials alignment and coordinate with procurement on delivery timing.
- Monitor procurement and installation milestones to reduce schedule and handover risk.
- Maintain structured portfolio documentation that reflects scope alignment, approved services, and financial visibility, supports client portfolio strategy, and enables smooth team transitions.
- Maintain regular in-person engagement with key client stakeholders and active project sites to reinforce accountability and relationship continuity.
Weekly and Daily
- Maintain forward-looking visibility into portfolio risk, revenue continuity, and margin performance.
- Engage directly with executive-level client stakeholders through structured communication.
- Represent TEECOM in executive reviews, site walks, and strategic discussions as a visible portfolio leader.
- Act as an escalation point for implementation-phase systems integration issues and coordinate rapid resolution.
- Coordinate with client and delivery teams to troubleshoot technical implementation issues and close critical blockers.
- Mentor Project Managers in scope control, financial discipline, contract awareness, and execution stability.
- Escalate portfolio-level risks early with defined mitigation strategies.
- Reinforce disciplined documentation, forecasting, time, and expense practices that protect profit margin performance and billing reliability.
As Needed
- Lead complex negotiations, contract structuring, and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and Additional Services Agreement (ASA) positioning, and strive for Master Service Agreement (MSA) alignment when appropriate.
- Lead executive-level pursuit strategy for complex implementation projects, including integration, commissioning, Day 2 support planning, decommissioning opportunities, and strategic interviews.
- Support recruiting and hiring activities, including interview participation and candidate evaluation feedback.
- Conduct program-level site reviews and executive briefings.
- Lead integrated systems testing and user acceptance readiness activities to confirm operational performance before handover.
- Author high-impact Pull Requests that improve portfolio-level financial visibility, workflow clarity, and execution reliability.
- Share portfolio-level lessons learned to strengthen firmwide delivery maturity.
- Solicit and document client feedback to reinforce execution quality and long-term account continuity.
- Maintain accurate portfolio and client information in TEECOM's CRM to support Client Relations account strategy and long-term continuity.
- Partner with Client Relations Account Executives on account planning, strategic growth initiatives, and executive relationship management.
Supervisory / Mentorship / Training Responsibilities
- Supervisory: You provide structured oversight and delegation to Project Managers within your portfolio.
- Mentorship: You develop Project Managers into financially disciplined portfolio leaders. You coach scope negotiation, contract positioning, margin protection, risk stabilization, and executive-level client engagement. Under your mentorship, Project Managers demonstrate stronger execution stability and financial maturity.
- Training: You contribute to advanced project management training by reinforcing portfolio-level financial expectations, contract strategy principles, and execution stability standards. You translate lessons learned from complex portfolios into structured knowledge sharing that strengthens financial visibility, documentation discipline, and delivery maturity firmwide.
Experience And Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in project management within an AEC or professional services environment, including demonstrated leadership of multi-project portfolios or complex global programs.
- Preferred: Experience managing long-term client accounts under Master Service Agreements or multi-phase delivery structures.
- Proven success overseeing multiple concurrent engagements or a large, complex client portfolio with stable execution outcomes.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in infrastructure deployment and complex systems integration across multi-disciplinary project environments.
- Demonstrated margin leadership, including fee positioning, contract structuring, forecasting accuracy, and revenue continuity planning.
- Strong command of contract terms, scope definition strategy, and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and Additional Services Agreement (ASA) positioning.
- Executive-level client presence with demonstrated in-person leadership, negotiation experience, and strategic alignment discussions.
- Strong practical understanding of enterprise technology delivery and implementation-phase troubleshooting.
- Ability to read design documentation and coordinate construction and implementation dependencies.
- Experience working in fast-track, high-risk project environments with disciplined risk and escalation management.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Working proficiency with enterprise scheduling and delivery tools is a plus.
