Overview
As the Project Manager, candidate will be leading the charge to elevate and streamline
our operational processes. They'll be immersed in dynamic strategic planning, harnessing your exceptional team management skills, and spearheading transformative process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with analysts, leads, and managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Efficiency Maximization: Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Goal Setting: Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.
- Operational Systems: Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
- Metric Analysis: Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Strategy Development: Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, engineering, and product, to ensure seamless operations and a unified customer experience.
Qualifications
Essential Skills (Technical Skills):
- Proficiency in advanced Excel/G Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to leverage data analysis tools and software to drive informed decision-making.
Desired Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of operational functions including customer service and employee management.
- Proven track record in implementing streamlined structures and roles to enhance efficiency and adaptability to changing business needs.
Education And Experience
- Any bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Five or more years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Prior experience as a Product Manager is highly preferred.
- Timing - 9 pm - 6 am IST in Hyderabad Office.
