Technical Manager with 10+ Years exp in MS technologies -

Technical: Management::40:60

Good at Process, project management, team management and customer management
Agile with Scrum/Kanban experiences
Strong oral and written communication skills
Assertive and good interpersonal skills
Good at handling troublesome situations
Good at guiding the teams on estimations and tough situations
Good at handling TM, FP projects
Come with good project experiences at enterprise level developed using Microsoft technologies, design patterns, microservice driven architecture, security and compliances
Experienced with migrations(technology, tools, process, etc...) and modernization projects
Nice to have Service fabric, dockers/containers, Kubernetes and other infrastructure solutions
Nice to have Azure experience
