Job Description

About The Position

The Technical Project Manager I is an entry point to TEECOM's external client-facing PM path, reporting to the Team Lead or to the most senior Technical Project Manager on the team. You are embedded in client engagements, coordinating technical implementation across real estate and IT environments. You are the client's day-to-day point of contact for project execution, responsible for keeping delivery organized and communication clear.

This role may support a single client portfolio or broader multi-region work, depending on project needs. You are expected to work effectively across teams, clients, and time zones when needed while maintaining clear communication and follow-through.

You are expected to support technical implementation projects that span telecommunications infrastructure, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired and wireless networks. This includes helping coordinate multi-system integration efforts while maintaining organized delivery workflows and clear communication.

You partner with Subtask PMs, Project Supervisors, Group Leads, Team Leads, and project delivery teams to align day-to-day execution with project goals. You help keep delivery on track by monitoring dependencies, documenting decisions, and escalating risks early.

You serve as a dependable point of coordination for internal teams and client contacts. You reinforce disciplined execution and build confidence through responsiveness, follow-through, and clear documentation.

You lead by example by aligning your actions with your commitments and reinforcing accountability across every project touchpoint.

You also identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen process consistency through practical documentation updates.

Your impact is measured by execution reliability, documentation quality, communication clarity, your ability to support predictable project outcomes, and your contribution to client confidence, account continuity, and portfolio growth.
