business process automation consultancy that helps organizations streamline operations using
low-code/no-code and AI-driven tools like
Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.
We're looking for a
Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background to
lead automation and integration projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will combine
technical expertise with project management skills to deliver high-quality, scalable automation solutions for our global clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead automation and integration projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and define technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal development teams to design, plan, and execute workflow automations.
- Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable plans for team members.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and client communication throughout the lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications- 45 years of experience managing IT / SaaS / Automation projects.
- Strong technical background must have experience working directly with:
- Automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, etc.)
- APIs, integrations, and workflow design
- Technical documentation and troubleshooting
- Excellent understanding of system logic, dependencies, and automation scalability.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).
