Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor backend developers, enforcing best practices and quality

standards.

Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and

Nest.js.

Manage Agile projects, coordinate sprints, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams for seamless integration.

Conduct code reviews, optimize backend performance, and implement security best

practices.

Identify risks and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills:

9+ years in backend development with strong Node.js, Nest.js, JavaScript/TypeScript

skills.

Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.

Familiarity with databases (MySQL, NoSQL), CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms

(AWS/GCP).

Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence.

Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred:

PMP/CSM certification, serverless experience, and frontend knowledge.
