Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – AI Programs to lead and deliver AI and data-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. This role requires translating complex AI initiatives into executable plans while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science programs from initiation to deployment.

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for AI programs.

• Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Track and report project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership.

• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor/partner coordination where applicable.

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for AI teams.

• Ensure data privacy, security, ethical AI, and compliance considerations are addressed within projects. Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Drive continuous improvement in AI delivery processes and best practices.

• 5+years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3+ years managing AI, ML, or data driven projects.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.

• Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
