CMMI Level 5 software and IT project execution company headquartered in Bangalore is looking to hire a Technical Project Manager through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Java technologies and Telecom domain projects to lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and drive technical excellence while ensuring successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery & Execution

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.

 • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

 • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

 • Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Deployment, and Business teams.

 • Track project progress and proactively mitigate delivery risks and bottlenecks.

 • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

2. Technical Leadership

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 • Participate in solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical feasibility assessments.

 • Guide engineering teams on coding standards, security, scalability, and best practices.

 • Drive technical reviews and support resolution of complex technical challenges.

 • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.

3. Planning & Estimation

• Collaborate with engineering teams for effort estimation and resource planning.

 • Define project schedules, sprint plans, release plans, and delivery milestones.

 • Monitor technical dependencies and optimize resource utilization.

 • Ensure realistic project commitments and predictable delivery timelines.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–14 years in Technical Project Management.

 • Education: Graduate or Post Graduate.

 • Strong experience managing Java/J2EE enterprise applications.

 • Experience delivering Telecom, OSS/BSS, or System Integration projects.

 • PMP certification is preferred.

 • Strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, and leadership skills.

 • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
