CMMI Level 5 software and IT services company seeking through an eazyway platform an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java technologies and Telecom (OSS/BSS) projects to lead enterprise software delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

• Lead cross-functional teams across Development, QA, DevOps, and Support functions.

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

• Prepare project status reports, governance dashboards, and review documents.

• Drive Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Support architecture reviews, security compliance, scalability, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies.

• Telecom domain experience, specifically OSS/BSS projects.

• Hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps environments.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong stakeholder management and project governance skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification (Preferred)

• Graduate or Postgraduate Degree
