  • 10+ years overall experience
  • 5+ years in TPM / Program Lead / RTE / Sr. Scrum Master roles
  • Experience managing large / distributed teams

  • Agile Champion / Agile Coach mindset
  • Strong experience with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
  • Driving Agile adoption across multiple teams
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, retrospectives
  • Continuous improvement & team maturity assessment
  • Program / Project Management
  • End‑to‑end program ownership
  • Managing cross‑team dependencies
  • Delivery planning, milestones, and release management
  • Risk, issue, dependency & escalation management
  • Handling multiple streams / squads
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Management
  • Senior stakeholder & client communication
  • Conflict resolution across teams
  • Influencing without authority
  • Executive‑level reporting & governance forums
  • Delivery Governance & Metrics
  • Agile metrics: velocity, predictability, throughput
  • Delivery dashboards & health reporting
  • RAID logs, action tracking
  • Ensuring on‑time, on‑scope delivery
  • Tooling (Mandatory)
  • Jira (advanced usage, dashboards, workflows)
  • Confluence (program documentation)
  • Experience with scaled delivery tools (Jira Align – good to have)
