TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Digital Heroes | Full-time | Lucknow, India (On-site) | 25K-45K/month

ABOUT US

Digital Heroes is a Shopify-exclusive agency on a mission to become the world's best online service agency. Founded 2017, backed by 2.5M+ YouTube subscribers. We build conversion-optimized stores for global clients via Fiverr.

THE ROLE

Own end-to-end Shopify store projects from order to delivery. Manage 3-5 concurrent projects, coordinate developers/designers, ensure exceptional client results. You're the bridge between clients and teammaking sure projects deliver on time, on budget, with zero critical bugs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Shopify store development projects (order to delivery)

- Primary client contact - daily updates, <6hr response time

- Coordinate team (developers, designers) for seamless workflow

- Run 60-point QA checklist before every launch

- Maintain 95% on-time delivery, 4.8+ star client satisfaction

- Handle 3-5 concurrent projects, keep team 75-85% utilized

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have:

- 2+ years project management (ecommerce/web dev preferred)

- Strong Shopify knowledge (themes, apps, customization)

- Excellent English communication (written + verbal)

- Organized - handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Available Mon-Sat, 9 AM-6 PM

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

- Base: 25K-45K based on experience

- Quarterly bonuses on KPI achievement

- Growth path: PM Senior PM Team Lead (6-12 months for top performers)

- ESOP after 1 year, profit-sharing long-term

- Benefits: 12 CL + 6 SL, WFH 2 days/week post-probation, bi-annual offsites, 500-1K/month celebration budget

YOUR DAY

9-10 AM: Review projects, client messages

10-11 AM: Team standup

11-1 PM: Client communication, work reviews

2-4 PM: QA checks, coordination

4-6 PM: End-of-day updates, planning

KPIs

- On-time delivery: 95%

- Client satisfaction: 4.8 stars

- Response time: <6 hours

- First-time acceptance: 70%

- Team utilization: 75-85%

CRITICAL POLICIES
