What Youll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage DevOps, AI-assisted development, and software engineering projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools like Cursor.AI, GitHub Copilot, and Tabnine to enhance code building, debugging, and automation.
- Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, and security best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, establish timelines, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI-assisted tools into software development and DevOps workflows.
- Develop and enforce best practices for API development, testing, and microservices architecture.
- Implement AI-driven automation strategies for software delivery and infrastructure management.
- Monitor system performance and manage cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Track and optimize team performance using agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical project management for DevOps and software development teams.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding tools (Cursor.AI, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, CodeWhisperer, etc.) for code generation, debugging, and automation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and DevOps best practices.
- Experience in PHP (CodeIgniter, Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js, React, Vue.js), and Python.
- Expertise in API development, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple AI-integrated projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI and Machine Learning integration.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
- Background in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience leading teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
