Facilitate custom application development projects using Agile methodology.
Coordinate with project teams, business teams, scrum teams, technical teams, and end-users to achieve corporate deliverables on time.
Capture meeting notes and track action items.
Interact with various stakeholders including Business Process Engineers, Systems Analysts, UX Developers, and Project Managers.
Collaborate with IT and Business teams to ensure high delivery standards.
Understand web and mobile development languages (AWS Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, . Net, HTML5/CSS, SAP) and work with them to meet business requirements.
Handle team dynamics and ensure effective team collaboration.
Possess sound knowledge in SAFe Agile practice and have good communication skills.
Prototyping mindset with a focus on Design Thinking/Design Sprint approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
Display servant leadership and enable Agile practices within the team.
Manage Sprint activities, identifying priorities and dependencies.
Effectively manage the product backlog using JIRA.
Organize and optimize product backlog.
Communicate the owner s wish list to the project team.
Organize scrum ceremonies.
Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Track and control the schedule, resources, and costs.
Coach teams in best practices to achieve common project goals.
Drive 2 or more Scrum teams.
Facilitate Scrum collaborations and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Implement changes to increase team productivity.
Collaborate with scrum masters to improve methodologies efficiency.
Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
Support SAFe principles and practices, facilitating flow and eliminating impediments.
Help the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART).
Collaborate closely with Cloud/Infrastructure team and handle change requests/deployments.
Experience Criteria:
Total Enterprise experience of 10+ years.
5+ years in collaborative project delivery with a technical background and experience handling projects in Agile mode.
Background/Academic Qualification:
Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in science or engineering.
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
