Technical Project Manager

Cloud Reboot Inc. is a US-based cloud consulting and IT services firm building an AI-first delivery practice on Azure. Our team is investing heavily in next-generation skills — including Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Azure certifications paid for by the company — and delivers data platform modernization, cloud optimization, and AI engagements for US enterprise clients.

This is not a coordinator role. You are the delivery leader for Cloud Reboot's client engagements — starting with a 9.5-month Azure Databricks migration for a US client — and the CEO's right hand on proposals, SOWs, and solution options for new business. You run sprints, own client-facing status, facilitate UAT, and co-author the commercial documents that win the next engagement.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for the Motivate Phase 2 engagement: sprint planning, backlog, dependency/risk/change-control logs, and weekly client status reporting (progress, burn, blockers, decisions needed).
• Run standups and demos across a distributed team (US onsite architects + India offshore engineers).
• Own requirements management and acceptance criteria; facilitate UAT with US business stakeholders and drive sign-offs.
• Track actual hours by role for bi-weekly T&M invoicing; manage milestone acceptance documentation.
• Work directly with the CEO on presales: proposal drafts, SOW structure, effort estimation with architects, solution-option decks, and pricing scenarios.
• Build reusable delivery assets: status templates, runbooks, estimation models, proposal boilerplate.
• Grow into managing multiple parallel engagements as the practice scales.

• 5–8 years in technical project management and/or business analysis on cloud/data projects (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on Agile delivery leadership: sprint ceremonies, backlog management, burn tracking — Scrum Master experience.
• Direct US-client-facing experience: status calls, UAT facilitation, escalation handling.
• Excellent written English — you will draft proposals, SOWs, and executive communications.
• Enough technical depth to hold your own in data platform conversations (pipelines, environments, CI/CD, testing gates).
• 4+ hrs daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

• Presales/proposal experience at an IT services firm (effort estimation, rate cards, T&M vs milestone commercials).
• CSM/PSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification.
• Exposure to Databricks/Synapse/ADF ecosystems.
• Experience at a small firm or startup where you wore multiple hats.
