Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Cutover Planning:

• Develop detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordination:

• Collaborate with various teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure all aspects of the cutover are covered.

Data Migration & System Configuration:

• Oversee the migration of data and configuration of new systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Communication & Reporting:

• Provide clear and timely communications to all stakeholders throughout the cutover process, including status updates and issue resolution.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during cutover, including backout plans and contingency measures.

Project Management:

• Manage the cutover project within budget and on schedule, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Experience with data migration and system configuration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with software implementation and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
