Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager – Data Science (Agentic AI) to lead strategic initiatives in the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data science, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks, along with a proven record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery.

This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and execution excellence to drive impactful business outcomes through AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data science and AI projects, focusing on Agentic AI and LLM-based initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define project scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage project planning, execution, risk assessment, and delivery timelines to ensure quality outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into AI/ML use cases and actionable implementation plans.
• Drive proof-of-concept (POC) and production-grade deployments of generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Oversee data governance, security, and ethical AI practices across the project lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation through AI.
• Present project updates, impact analyses, and performance insights to leadership and clients.
• Ensure all AI initiatives align with the organization's strategy, architecture, and compliance standards.
