We need a Technical Project Manager who can Lead end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite implementation for a manufacturing organization, coordinating technical teams in India and business users in Vietnam, with limited US-time-zone meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate work across Oracle EBS manufacturing modules (e.g., WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Order Management) and related finance/supply chain processes.
- Drive project governance: scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, meeting minutes, action logs, and decision records.
- Produce regular status reports and dashboards for IT and business leadership, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Lead recurring IT-business sync/status meetings to review progress, align priorities, and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Facilitate workshops and UAT with business users, ensuring solutions align with manufacturing operations and KPIs.
- Oversee technical activities (integrations, customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions) and ensure alignment with Oracle best practices.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT project management, including 3-5 years leading Oracle E-Business Suite implementations in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (production, inventory, purchasing, order-to-cash, costing).
- Experience working with distributed, multi-time-zone teams (India, Vietnam, US).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile and/or Oracle EBS certifications preferred.
