The Mission Youll Lead
Were on the lookout for a driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to orchestrate seamless banking integrations that power our credit and payments ecosystem. In this role, youll be the bridge between banks, partners, and internal teams - ensuring that every integration runs smoothly, securely, and on time. The Hats You Will Wear
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple banking integration programs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Act as the single point of contact for bank partners, coordinating across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.
- Own and track delivery timelines, dependencies, and milestones while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory goals.
- Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, drive mitigation strategies, and maintain delivery predictability.
- Streamline execution through tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring standardized processes and reporting.
- Maintain clear communication and status updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish cadence for project tracking, health reporting, and release readiness reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in program delivery efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure all integrations meet compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
The Perfect Fit
- 4 - 6 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in program or project management roles in a fintech or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing agile teams and sprint-based delivery models.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps workflows.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, equivalent project management platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior hands-on experience with technology or product management is a strong plus.

- Gaurav Mittal - Gaurav is the Co-Founder and the CEO of the company. He has more than 20 years of experience and has worked with organizations like Zeta, Matchmove, MasterCard, Amex, and ICICI Bank.
- Himanshu Agrawal - Himanshu is the Co-Founder and the Head of Technology. He is from IIT Kanpur and has more than 14 years of experience working with organizations like Amazon and DE Shaw.
- Puneet Sharma - Puneet is the Co-Founder and the Head of Product. He is from IIT Roorkee and has more than 10 years of experience working with organizations like BharatPe, Avail Finance.
