Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage End-to-End Operations and Projects: Oversee all aspects of SME/EB operations and projects.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate, define, and optimize end-to-end processes for EB solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in various technologies like Managed WiFi, SDWAN, Routing, and Switching.
• Product Gap Analysis: Identify product gaps and collaborate with product owners to address them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to bridge process gaps and ensure smooth operations.
• Legal Compliance: Work closely with the legal team to address any legal issues.
• Network Management: Periodically review SOPs, Customer Network Diagrams, and change processes.
• Network Failover Planning: Prepare network failover scenarios for the entire SME/EB customer base.
• Team Leadership: Provide direction to the team, align them with organizational objectives, and arrange training for new products and skill improvement.
• Location Management: Manage teams in multiple locations (Bangalore and Hyderabad) and be open to frequent travel between different locations.
