We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Snowflake and Enterprise Data Warehousing, preferably within the Healthcare domain, to lead large-scale data transformation and modernization programs.

Role Overview

This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring strong hands-on understanding of modern data platforms, especially Snowflake-based data architectures. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise data warehouse implementations, cloud data migrations, and large-scale healthcare data transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, Analytics teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex data programs aligned with business and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Leadership
• Lead multiple large-scale enterprise data warehouse and Snowflake implementation programs.
• Define and manage project scope, roadmap, delivery milestones, resource planning, and financial tracking.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle execution from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.
• Ensure alignment of data initiatives with enterprise data strategy and business outcomes.
• Technical Oversight Snowflake & EDW
• Provide technical governance for Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and cost management.
• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and modern data lakehouse architectures.
• Guide teams on ETL/ELT frameworks, data ingestion strategies, CDC, and transformation best practices.
• Ensure scalable and secure cloud-native data platform implementations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Drive best practices in data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and security.
• Healthcare Domain Expertise
• Lead healthcare data transformation initiatives involving claims, EHR/EMR, provider, payer, and patient data.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, PHI handling, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate healthcare analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Cross-Functional & Client Engagement
• Act as the primary technical interface for client stakeholders, including enterprise architects and data leaders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Analytics, AI/ML, and DevOps teams.
• Provide regular executive-level updates on delivery status, risks, and value realization.
• Manage vendor coordination and third-party integrations when applicable.
• Risk & Quality Management
• Identify technical and program risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish quality assurance processes for data validation, reconciliation, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps best practices.
• Process & Delivery Excellence
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure predictable sprint-based delivery.
• Implement project governance frameworks and KPI-driven tracking.
• Continuously improve delivery methodologies for large-scale data programs.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in technical project/program management.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Snowflake architecture, optimization, and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Proven experience delivering Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) implementations or modern data platform migrations.
• Experience managing large cloud-based data programs (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Modeling (Dimensional & Data Vault)
• ETL/ELT tools and frameworks
• Data Lakes / Lakehouse architectures
• Performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake
• Experience working in the Healthcare domain (Payer/Provider/Pharma preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and multi-stream delivery programs.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PgMP certification.
• CSM / PSM or other Agile certifications.
• Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core/Advanced).
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Advanced Analytics initiatives within healthcare data ecosystems.
