Technical Project Manager - Southeast Asia projects

Primary responsibility:
- Provide pre-sales support, review contracts and technical documentation, and conduct project management risk assessments.
- Develop project plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, confirm key milestones, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Break down project deliverables into actionable tasks, effectively manage project team members and suppliers to ensure timely completion, and organize technical discussions among all relevant parties when required.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans to ensure all project phases meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee on-site project execution, including construction progress, safety management, coordination of subcontractors, and alignment between upstream and downstream stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, oversee key project decisions from an overall project perspective, resolve project issues professionally and objectively, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage overall project costs, budgets, and project risks.
Job Requirements
- English must be used as the primary working language.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Logistics Engineering, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, including experience managing subcontracted projects and projects involving a single supplier. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of the logistics industry, be familiar with major logistics equipment, equipment suppliers, and system integrators.
- Strong project management and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other standard office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, well-organized thinking, and strong logical reasoning abilities.
