Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the IT industry, with a focus on cloud and web application projects.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of web application development frameworks and technologies.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Previous hands-on relevant technical experience (as a developer/leader) on Mobile and Cloud technologies like MERN stack, Python, Java/.NET, AWS/Azure, Android, iOS, Flutter, etc.
DBA Experience – NoSQL DBs, SQL, Oracle, Backend Data Analytics
Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Experience in onsite client-facing
Process compliance & data-driven approach
Minimum 4 years of experience in strong technical Project Management (with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall experience), Scrum Master (40 months)
Minimum 4 years of experience in solid project financial Management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking) (40 months)
