We are looking for a Technical Project Manager AI/ML & GenAI who can lead complex AI initiatives, manage dynamic cross-functional teams, and deliver transformative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML & Generative AI projects from concept to successful deployment.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Developers, and Business Stakeholders.
- Manage AI/ML model development, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate Generative AI technologies to drive innovation in business processes and customer experience.
- Use Agile tools like Jira, Asana, Trello for sprint and project tracking.
- Ensure adherence to AI ethics, security, and data privacy standards.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire AI teams to excel and innovate.
- Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and technologies to bring cutting-edge solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of direct AI/ML project management.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI, LangChain, LLMs.
- Programming expertise in Python, SQL, and data engineering.
- Knowledge of Cloud AI Services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies, MLOps, SDLC, and DevOps.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, and Ethics is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master
- AI/ML Certifications from AWS, Google, or Microsoft
- Specializations in Data Science or AI/ML from reputed institutions
