Technical Project Manager - 10+ years
Location: Kochi, Kerala
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital transformation programs. You will work closely with engineering teams, architects, product managers, and customers to drive planning, execution, governance, and successful outcomes across multiple agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs.
- Drive program planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional engineering teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with customers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to align priorities.
- Track program KPIs, dependencies, milestones, and release readiness.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive timely resolution.
- Establish delivery governance, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure quality, security, and engineering best practices are embedded throughout delivery.
- Support pre-sales, estimation, resource planning, and customer presentations when required.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with 3+ years managing complex technology programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery models.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms, modern application architectures, APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Experience delivering Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, or Enterprise Platform programs.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Microservices, AI, or Data platforms.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications are an advantage.
