Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Leader (TPL) to lead the delivery for a massive, multi-year enterprise modernization engagement in the CPG/Manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for governing multiple Agile PODs distributed across the US, Europe, LATAM, and India.
He / She will be managing a complex transition and transformation effort and will oversee the rebadging of incumbent vendor teams, stabilize global operations, and elevate the PODs into high-performing, outcome-driven agile units. You will act as the critical bridge connecting business value with a massive data and application ecosystem spanning modern cloud architectural eco systems and enterprise application suites.

Technical Skills & Requirements
- Global Program Governance & Agile Transformation
- Directly manage the operational maturity and delivery velocity of multiple cross-functional Agile PODs spread across four continents.
- Transform the delivery model from legacy user story to an Outcome-Based, Product-Led model (Fusion Teams).
- Establish strict program governance, tracking OKRs, Sprint Velocity, Time-to-Productivity, and Delivered Business Value (Say-Do ratios).
- Partner with regional leadership across India and the global delivery centers to standardize agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Transition, Rebadging, and People Leadership
- Lead the delicate change-management process of transitioning and rebadging incumbent consultant teams into our organizational culture.
- Manage the Shadowing and Knowledge Transfer (KT) phases, ensuring zero disruption to critical business operations during the handover.
- Demonstrate exceptional emotional intelligence and people skills to motivate newly formed, multi-cultural teams, fostering a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and ownership.
- Technical Delivery & Ecosystem Orchestration
- Provide architectural and delivery oversight across a highly fragmented, split-brain technical landscape.
- Govern the delivery of complex data pipelines and modernization efforts involving:
- Data & Analytics: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), AWS, Power BI, and Python-based data engineering.
- AI/ML Innovation: GCP Vertex AI integration for predictive models and Agentic AI workflows.
- Enterprise Applications (nice to have): Decoupling and extracting data from legacy Oracle EBS (POPM, ERPP) and integrating with modern cloud data lakes.
- Ensure that Data Engineering pods effectively prepare the foundational Gold Layer data required by the Data Science pods to train and deploy ML models without bottlenecks.
- Business Value & Stakeholder Management
- Translate complex technical debt remediation into clear business value metrics for executive stakeholders.
- Navigate the intersection of IT and Operational Technology (OT), understanding how data modernization impacts process manufacturing and global supply chain logistics.
- Act as the primary escalation point for regional business leaders (US Supply Chain, Europe Commercial, etc.), ensuring the PODs are delivering features that drive tangible revenue or cost-optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience: 15+ years in IT Program Management, with at least 5 years managing massive, globally distributed delivery teams ($10M+ portfolio size).
- Technical Breadth: Deep conceptual understanding of modern Data Lakehouse architectures (Databricks), Multi-Cloud environments (Azure/GCP/AWS), and legacy ERP ecosystems (Oracle EBS). You don't need to write the code, but you must be able to challenge the architects.
- Transition Expertise: Proven track record of leading large-scale vendor transitions, employee rebadging, and stabilizing volatile enterprise IT environments.
- Agile at Scale: Advanced certifications and practical experience implementing Agile/Scrum frameworks across highly interdependent teams (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or custom Fusion Team models).
- Communication: Executive-level presentation skills with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize roadmaps and push back on scope creep using data-driven arguments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Domain experience in Process Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
- Familiarity with deploying Agentic AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT operations.
- Experience managing Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) rollouts.
