Role summary
We'relooking for a Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead delivery of the agentic platformproduct. You will own Agile delivery for platform engineering teams, coordinate releases,rollouts, and remove technical and process blockers so engineering can deliver predictable, high-quality agent capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, sprint execution, and sprint retrospectives;facilitateall Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, daily standups, demos, release planning).
- Own end-to-end delivery fortheplatform.
- Coordinate release and rolloutplansacrossengineering, product,design,QA, andDev ops; define release gates, rolloutstrategiesand rollback plans.
- Work closely with engineers and technical leads to break down features, prioritize work, estimate effort, and clear technical and operational blockers.
- Maintain delivery artifacts and operational logs: sprint plans, release schedules, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and post-release reviews.
- Track and surface delivery metrics (velocity, lead time, deployment success rate, incident response) and drive continuous process and tooling improvements.
- Manage dependencies across teams and external partners; proactivelyidentifyand mitigate schedule and operational risks.
- Ensure delivery practices support reproducibility, automation, observability, and safe rolloutstoproduction.
- Communicate status, risks andtradeoffsto stakeholders and leadership; prepare clear release notes and stakeholder updates.
- Coach and uplift engineering teams on Agile best practices and delivery discipline.
Required qualifications & experience
- 7+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or similar role in software/platform engineering.
- Strong experience running Agile teams and leading technical delivery across complex engineering workstreams.
- Deep technical fluency with platform and delivery concepts: CI/CD, deployment pipelines, build & deploy automation, runtime services, containerization, orchestration, and developer tooling.
- Experience with platform components such as orchestration layers, service runtimes, SDKs/APIs, and integration adapters.
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and incident management practices that support reliable production runtimes.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills anda track recordof removing blockers to enable team delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
