Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled professional who can manage government-related projects involving extensive documentation, approvals, coordination, and database understanding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with government stakeholders while also having hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL databases and basic understanding of Oracle APEX applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end coordination of government projects.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, reports, compliance documents, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate with government departments, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
  • Track project timelines, approvals, submissions, and follow-ups.
  • Understand project-related database structures and support data-related activities.
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases for querying, data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Support technical teams in database management and application coordination.
  • Assist in Oracle APEX-based application understanding, maintenance coordination, and requirement gathering.
  • Ensure proper documentation of workflows, processes, and technical changes.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide project status updates.
  • Required Skills

    • Strong experience in handling government or enterprise projects.
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of approval processes and compliance management.
    • Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL database concepts and SQL queries.
    • Basic to intermediate understanding of Oracle APEX.
    • Ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Experience working in government, PSU, or large-scale enterprise environments.
    • Familiarity with project management and workflow tracking tools.
    • Understanding of database administration concepts will be an added advantage.
  • Experience Required

    • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
