Job Description

Language Requirement: Tamil

Note: This position requires frequent interaction with Tamil-speaking clients and teams. Therefore, proficiency in Tamil is a mandatory requirement and a key selection criterion.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across Cloud, Python, and AI domains. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across Cloud, AI, and Python development teams.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
  • Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders on pending tasks and dependencies.
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactively.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
  • Support requirement gathering and documentation activities.
  • Ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and expectations.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and progress trackers.
  • Maintain project documentation including requirements, change requests, and risk registers.
  • Generate weekly and monthly project performance reports for management.

Process & Quality Management

  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational processes.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track project KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Management Support, or Technical Coordination roles.
  • Experience working with Cloud, Python, AI/ML, or Software Development projects is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of Python development lifecycle and software deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-based applications.
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases, and software development workflows.

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
