Technical Program Manager

Designation: Technical Program Manager - I

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

• Program Execution & Tracking: Lead day-to-day execution of technical initiatives using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Maintain project roadmaps, tracking milestones, deliverables, and team bandwidth.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between engineering teams, product managers, and external stakeholders. Ensure clear scope definitions, engineering requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Dependency & Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage technical dependencies across teams. Flag potential blockers or scope creep early and work with engineers to mitigate risks.
• Communication & Reporting: Run recurring status meetings, stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions. Provide clear, data-driven status reports and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Standardize team workflows, documentation practices, and release management to improve delivery efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a TPM, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, system architecture, cloud concepts, and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project delivery tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive delivery, resolve roadblocks, and influence teams without direct authority.
• CSM or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
