As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the execution layer of our Procurement and Vendor Operations — keeping projects moving, managing vendors, driving cross-functional execution, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile delivery by running Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Prioritize work based on business impact while collaborating with Customer Success, Support, Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
- Own vendor relationships by driving meetings, setting agendas, following up on commitments, and ensuring timely execution.
- Track project milestones and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and delivery status to internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure commitments are completed on time.
- Use AI tools to transform operational data into dashboards, visual reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
- Identify recurring operational pain points and work with leadership to improve processes.
- Perform first-level technical triage before routing issues to engineering teams.
- Develop operational processes, documentation, SOPs, reporting standards, and execution frameworks.
- Drive accountability across teams and ensure execution remains aligned with business priorities.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Engineering Lead, or similar execution-focused role.
- Hands-on vendor / procurement ownership experience — managing relationships, driving commitments, and ensuring timely execution.
- Active AI-native practitioner — demonstrated use of AI tools for automation, dashboards, reporting, and productivity.
- Agile / Scrum delivery ownership — must have independently run ceremonies including Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Business teams.
- Technical depth — must have worked closely with engineering teams and be comfortable triaging issues, reading logs, and understanding APIs and configurations.
- Hands-on Jira proficiency for sprint and project management.
- Strong Excel skills — Pivot Tables, dashboards, data analysis, and operational reporting.
- Proven track record of proactive risk identification and milestone communication.
- Experience developing SOPs, execution frameworks, and operational documentation.
Good to Have
- Background in Healthcare Technology or B2B SaaS.
- Experience working across global teams (US, Canada, Australia, Europe).
- Familiarity with procurement / vendor operations domain specifically.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Slack and operational monitoring dashboards.
