Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong AI/ML technology background to lead cross-functional program execution and drive successful delivery of strategic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of AI/ML programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to translate strategy into execution.
• Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and track key program metrics, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Lead technical discussions and provide program leadership across complex AI-driven initiatives.

Desired Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in Program/Project Management with strong technical depth.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Data Platforms, Cloud Technologies, and Software Engineering practices.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a reputed institution (IIMs, IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, or equivalent preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI product/platform development teams.
• PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
