About Role/Project:

Step into a technical, cross-functional, high-energy TPM role where you'll enable

engineering teams, drive strategic impact, and shape scalable processes while building a

Center of Excellence for program management.

Bring a startup mindset: be proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership in a fast-

paced environment. You will translate complex technical and client requirements into predictable execution and high-quality deliverables while improving organizational efficiency. This is a hands-on, highly visible role with direct impact on engineering and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Horizontal Programs: Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, support,

QA, and business units with clear execution plans and predictable delivery.

Client-Facing Delivery: Partner with clients to understand requirements, ensure strong data collection and reporting standards, and present executive-ready dashboards and updates.

Center of Excellence (CoE): Standardize processes, tools, and reporting frameworks,

mentor TPMs and drive adoption of best practices.

Technical Enablement & Engineering Collaboration:

Hands-on experience in at least one engineering domain (Development, QA/Testing,

Support, Automation, or Data Engineering) and familiarity with technologies like C#,

JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, UI frameworks like React, Angular, Automation

frameworks like Playwright, Selenium etc.

Partner with teams to identify gaps in delivery quality, timelines, or client outputs, and

implement structured processes, tooling, and workflow improvements.

Work with development and support teams to align project delivery with client

expectations and agility requirements, ensuring predictable outcomes.

Data & Visualization:

Perform data collection and analysis to support tracking and decision-making.

Use SQL, Kusto, or scripting languages to extract and manipulate data.

Build dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Excel, Power Platform) to track program

health, metrics, and risks.

Deliver concise weekly/biweekly updates, MBRs, and QBRs.

Risk & Dependency Management:

o Identify operational risks such as manual processes, fragmented data, or inconsistent

reporting.

o Collaborate with teams to design mitigation strategies, implement automation, and

standardize workflows to reduce risk and improve reliability.

Process Improvement & Tooling: Introduce automation, workflow optimizations, and

refined processes to enhance efficiency across teams.

Influence & Stakeholder Management: Build trust, align priorities, navigate ambiguity, and

influence decisions without direct authority.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles in complex engineering or

service organizations.

Hands-on experience in at least one engineering domain (Development, QA/Testing,

Support, Automation, or Data Engineering).

Proficiency in SQL/Kusto or scripting languages for data analysis.

Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations.

Skilled in data collection, research, collation, and analysis for decision-making.

Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs across multiple teams.

Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.

Bias for action, ability to simplify complexity, and strong customer focus.

Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale engineering, product, or service organizations.

Prior experience in client-facing program delivery with high-quality standards.

Experience introducing automation, tooling, or process improvements at scale.

Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Program/Project Management.

Exposure to cloud technologies, distributed systems, or enterprise platforms.
