Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead product delivery and release management for enterprise commercial software. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and program management expertise, hands-on experience with software releases, advanced knowledge of Jira Cloud, and the ability to leverage Agentic AI to improve day-to-day program management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, including investigation, design, planning, execution, and product releases.
• Drive program content, schedules, and overall delivery, ensuring Go-To-Market (GTM) readiness and successful New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Establish program goals, track progress using target-versus-actual metrics, and communicate updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive corrective actions to keep programs and releases on track.
• Facilitate timely decisions, manage trade-offs, and ensure accountability for program outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leaders to resolve issues and overcome delivery challenges.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to accelerate time to market while improving consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall product experience by incorporating customer feedback into development.
• Optimize team processes to improve productivity, quality, and responsiveness to changing priorities.
• Leverage Agentic AI in day-to-day program and release management activities.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), leading product delivery teams in enterprise commercial software organizations.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to develop and use Agentic AI in day-to-day work.
• Advanced understanding and extensive hands-on use of Jira Cloud for software development program management and release management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Experience managing projects across the entire SDLC, from investigation and design through planning, execution, release, and customer feedback incorporation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence technical leaders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, and accountability for program delivery and product quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, MBA, Engineering Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience driving Go-To-Market readiness and New Product Introduction for enterprise software products.
