Technical Program Manager – TURI SaaS Platform

We are building a next-generation SaaS platform to transform port and logistics operations through workflow automation, real-time visibility, analytics, and AI-driven decision support.

Stoopa.Ai is looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager to coordinate product delivery, customer implementation, and cross-functional execution across product, engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end program coordination for SaaS product implementations
• Manage product delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate sprint planning, release management, and deployment schedules
• Ensure alignment across engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and customer teams
• Track deliverables and ensure execution against roadmap priorities

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with customers, port authorities, terminal operators, and logistics stakeholders
• Conduct requirement gathering and translate operational needs into technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops, implementation discussions, and status meetings
• Prepare leadership updates, project dashboards, and execution reports

Product & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate feature rollout, UAT testing, issue resolution, and production support
• Support API integrations, data onboarding, and workflow configurations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize enhancements and bug fixes
• Ensure proper documentation of workflows, processes, and implementation plans

Operational Excellence

• Identify process bottlenecks and execution gaps
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across implementation and delivery processes
• Monitor customer onboarding and adoption metrics
• Support incident management and escalation coordination when required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Delivery, or Project Management
• Experience managing SaaS products or enterprise technology implementations
• Experience in ports, shipping, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or trade ecosystems
• Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, data workflows, analytics dashboards, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, release management, and cross-functional delivery
• Ability to coordinate engineering, QA, DevOps, product, data, and customer-facing teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment

Maximum CTC offered is 20 LPA .Minimum 5 years to Maximum 10 years with PMP Certification can apply.
